Unbestimmte Artikel im Nomonativ

(Indefinite Article in German)

·         Das ist ein Apfel. Der Apfel ist süß.

(This is an apple. The apple is sweet)

 

·         Das ist ein Mann. Der Mann wohnt in Paris.

(This is a man. The man lives in Paris)

 

·         Das ist eine Frau. Die Frau hört Musik.

(This is a woman. The woman is listening to music)

 

·         Das ist ein Mädchen. Das Mädchen tanzt.

(This is a girl. The girl is dancing)

 

·         Das sind Blumen. Die Blumen sind schön.

(These are flowers. The flowers are retty)

^*) Blumen are in Plural you can say eine or ein, hence in the case of Plural there is

   no unbestimmte Artikel. But when the article is negative, then the Plural has an

   article (next lesson)
